Seven Peacocks Earn MAAC Baseball All-Academic Team Honors

EDISON, NJ – The Saint Peter's baseball team placed seven student-athletes on the 2018 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) All-Academic Team, announced by the league office. The Peacocks to make the team include seniors Anthony Assante, Mike Ionta, and Chris Micak, lone junior Steve Epstein, and a trio of sophomores that include Hunter Mason, Alex Slawinski, and Brian Turton.

To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale.
